- black vintage petticoat skirt / pettiskirt black feels like synthetic material materials/brand/size tags have been removed ruffle hem with pointelle lace and poly crinonline tulle layer underneath feels like XS apx 25" waist, might be able to work on 26" but could be tight apx 31" long very good vintage condition. has been hand washed, a little of the black dye bled onto the white lace but it's in the part that's covered, and isn't noticeable at all. some slight bleeding/fading on the skirt body as well (see last pics). not noticeable when worn
