- Up for sale is this interesting old stick pin.This was recently found in a local estate along with the others I have listed.This one takes the form of a snake coiled around an opal. It has a green stone in it's head (possibly garnet) and two diamond eyes. It is made of 14K Gold and is so marked on the pin.It measures approx. 2 3/8 " in length.The top of the pin measures approx. 11 mm x 12 mm at it's largest points.Upon close inspection , the opal dos have a crack.It's not in danger of falling out.-see extreme close up photo..It may have slight bending from use.Please study photos for more details Sold As Is, as found in the estate.See my other listings for more old stick pins from the estate.
