- Meter needle did seem to move when i switched it from “off” to “battery test” but i have not fully tested it from there, so i am not sure if it will work as intended. Meter is in good condition the plastic covering the meter is cracked but not completely broken off. SELLING AS IS does not function as intended and is not fully operational.
