If the item does not function as expected, we accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. For new in box items, the original packaging must be returned along with the product. Items that have been modified or tampered with are not eligible for return. For security purposes, we record the serial numbers of all circuit boards on Ethernet and high-value items, and we may use anti-tampering labels as needed.

Shipping Information: For orders eligible for free shipping, we'll select USPS. All orders that have been paid for will be dispatched within 24 business hours. If you opt for UPS Next Day Air and finalize your payment by 4:00pm EST, we'll aim to ship your order on the same day, unless our "seller is away" notice is turned on.

All international orders now require the shipping costs to be paid upfront. This is a shift from our earlier policy of freight collect shipping, which had to be discontinued due to instances of misuse leading to chargebacks. To ensure a seamless and prompt delivery, we urge you to provide a contact number when making your payment. This measure can significantly reduce the possibilities of shipping delays and misplacement of packages. Please be aware that, in the event you fail to provide a contact number and your package is unable to be delivered internationally, we will unfortunately not be able to retrieve it.
