- The product is a reproduction of a vintage 7-blade engine fan for a 1970 SS Chevelle with the LS6 454 big block engine. Stamping part number 3976064 dated M69 (Dec. 1969). These fans were used on the LS6 cars that came with the 4:10 rear axle ratio. It features a black E-Coat surface finish and is manufactured by Hugger Performance with part number 3M00518-M69. The brand is D&R Classic Automotive. I purchased this when it first became available however it was never used as I was lucky enough to find an original fan. These are still available from D&R however you can save a little buying this one, my loss and your gain.
