WE WILL CHARGE SHIPPING COST ONLY FOR: HI, PR, AK, VI, GU. PLEASE PAY AN ADDITIONAL $20 DURING PAYMENT.
Oversized items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids and other similar items will be shipped via Greyhound Bus Lines, U-Ship, or Freight Shipping. If the item is shipped via Greyhound Bus Lines buyer is responsible to pick it up from the closest station.
RETURN POLICY
- All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description.
- Buyer must pay for all returned items
- Returns will be credited in the form of payment received.
- ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS. Plus the shipping charge we paid to ship to you, and you will need to return to us at your expense with a tracking number.
- Parts that require flashing and/or programming may NOT be returned unless accompanied by a mechanic/dealership receipt or ticket with the customer's VIN # and name and signature of mechanic performing programming which states a manufacturer unique CUQ computer unprogrammable code.
- Bulbs are not guaranteed to work.
- If the part does not work or is damaged during shipping, do not take it apart or attempt to repair before contacting us and agreeing on a course of action. (This may result in loosing the ability to return the item).
- Any additional items, processes, reprogramming, installation requirements, etc. are to be done at the buyers expense.
