Volume I an Echo Library print-on-demand copy and Volume II published by the Johns Hopkins University Press in 1998. The set is listed in acceptable condition due to some underlining and a few notes in the text, else in very good condition with uncreased spines, a touch of rub to the covers, and former owner’s name and address stickers on the front endpages.
