This rare and valuable book, published in 1872, is a true gem for any collector or enthusiast of cooparitive anatomy, physiology, and hygiene. Written by Calvin Cutter, one of the most renowned authors in the field, this hardcover book provides a comprehensive overview of the topic in a language that is easy to understand. This particular copy by Lippincott Press began it's journey in the Young Men's Library Association of Atlanta. It was then moved to the Carnegie Library of Atlanta and later to Emory University Medical Library. It somehow moved over 900 miles west to the Austin State Hospital where it was sold in auction in 1998.
