All PLC components were in active use until they were upgraded by my team.  We kept them on the shelf for a couple of years for other projects where spares might be needed.  We have moved our clients onto newer systems and have no need for these spares to sit on our shelf.  When removed from service, all were working and being actively maintained by trained control system engineers.

There are no warranties on these items, however, we will take any item back within 30 days if you find that it does not work or does not fit your application as you expected.  This does not include any items that are physically damaged by you after receipt.  Any damage during shipping should be covered by your shipping insurance.

All we ask is that you provide us with details on why you are returning.  If the item is not working, we would appreciate some details around what testing was done to determine that. Sometimes a unit might be in working order but not compatible with your system.  We can resell that to someone else whose system is compatible, but we can’t resell anything that is defective or broken.
