- Remember the Door Knocker style earrings from the 80s? Here is your chance to have a pair of your own! These earrings feature two parts -- a chunky hoop that can be worn by itself, and a large dangling enhancer made of gold and an amethyst cabochon. It's like getting two pair of earrings all in one! Hoops have an outside diameter of 7/8" and are 6mm thick (1/4"). The enhancers are 1 1/4" long and are 3/4" at their widest. The natural cabochons are 7.5mm diameter and are a fabulous shade of purple. The overall hang length for these beauties is 1.75". The total weight for the pair is 9 grams. The weight of just the hoops is 4 grams.
