- This is one 12.5 oz of 100% pure New York State Maple Syrup. This is Grade A Amber that has an amazing taste. The syrup was made from our Family Maple syrup woods about a half mile from the Canadian border. It takes approximately 40 to 50 gallons of maple sap from the tree to make 1 gallon of maple syrup. The sap is boiled down on our wood fired evaporator to produce the syrup. I’m a small producer and take pride in the product I produce. There is nothing like the taste of 100% pure maple syrup compared to the imitation corn syrup in the stores.
